Corporate affairs

Walmart asks manufacturers to supply more popular products. However, Walmart seems to pay less for its inventory. If I have some new craze good (think Cabbage Patch dolls, Beanie babies, Tickle Me Elmo), and I know I will sell out of it wherever I ship it why would I send shipments to Walmart who is paying less than other stores if they are just asking me for supply.
