Walter Marshall (Puritan) (1628-1680) has been often cited in sermons within my experience. Justification and Sanctification are two of the most important doctrines in Christian theology and Marshall's work is an important contribution to the literature on the relationship between justification and sanctification. While the CorenSearchBot correctly identified the source of some information from another web site (that I had already cited in References and External Links), the article contains significant content that is not from this source. I have re-written sentences to make them more unique. Article will be helped by additional content by additional sources but the article is needed and compliant and should be retained. FYI, virtually all of the biographical information contained in Monergism.com Walter Marshall (1628-1680) (Biography) Excerpt from Meet the Puritans by Dr. Joel Beeke and Randall J. Pederson was sourced earlier in the Preface by Messrs. N. N. and T. Woodcock to the original 1692 edition of The Gospel Mystery of Sanctification.
