Removed prod
[edit]I have removed the proposed article for deletion on this page. The reason given for deletion was "WP:MIL states that only generals and above are notable." however it is quite clear that this person is a General. The article is sourced sufficiently to establish notability. Additional sources such as the Courier, South China Morning Post and Associated Press reports can easily be found.
