The result of the move request was: Moved and adapted hatnotes. — JFG talk 22:01, 7 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Warren Berger (writer)Warren BergerWarren Berger currently redirects to Chief Justice Warren E. Burger. However, the names are not the same, and a quick search of "Warren Berger" on the web shows that all the immediate results are for the author. I believe it is very unlikely that Warren Berger's primary meaning is Burger, but the author with a different name. Nohomersryan (talk) 02:19, 30 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support per nom. The two names are distinct, but should probably use hatnotes to avoid any confusion. PC78 (talk) 10:57, 30 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support per nom. That said, it would be a wise idea to leave the {{For}} hatnote at the top of the moved Warren Berger article as an extra precaution. --IJBall (contribstalk) 20:06, 31 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Support. These are two different names, and the hatnotes can serve their purpose. kennethaw88talk 04:27, 1 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
  • Oppose: The judge is very frequently referred to simply as "Warren Berger".  — SMcCandlish ¢ ≽ʌⱷ҅ʌ≼  09:10, 7 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
    • But it's not his name, and there's no indication he's the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC of a mispelling, especially when someone else actually has this name. Nohomersryan (talk) 14:13, 7 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]
