Language used in the article[edit]

The language certainly seems POV. Without sufficient knowledge of the West Virginia judiciary and local politics, I am not in a good shape to rewrite the article, but the article seems written by a McGraw supporter rather than a neutral biography. --Nlu (talk) 18:05, 30 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Your right, the article doesn't mention the well publicized "Scream at Racine"[1][2] that even McGraw himself cites as costing him his 2004 WV Supreme Court reelection bid and the lawsuit that followed. It also lacks any coverage of the extensive criticism he has received from the West Virginia Chamber of Commerce or McGraw's feud with Massey Energy CEO Don Blankenship. --Farix (Talk) 17:13, 20 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Rewrote and sourced. This should help deal with the POV and sourcing issues. --Farix (Talk) 23:04, 20 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Citation of Family Names[edit]

There seems to be an editing battle of some of the spelling in the list of family members, specifically grandchildren. Once a formal obituary is published for McGraw, the record can be corrected, however, his wife's obituary (Peggy McGraw, nee Shufflebarger) has the full list including spelling of his grandchildren. Specifically MacKenzie Rebecca and Maverik JR, who in the current edit are spelled Makenzie and Maverick respectively. What type of source is acceptable for the record correction?
