Hi there! I just read the article and made some minor edits. It is very interesting and up to date. Congratulations! However I think that some details could still be improved:

Access: "Estimates for 2008 indicate that 31% (27% of urban and 32% of rural) Kenyans had access to private improved sanitation."

What do you mean with "private improved sanitation"?

Water quality: "on average about 78% of the water supplied for drinking use was tested in 2006-2007."

This sounds to me as if within the 78% every drop of drinking water is tested before being supplied. What do you mean exactly?

Economic efficiency: It would be interesting to know if Kenya performs well compared to its neighbors and benchmarks for developing countries.
Abbreviations are not continuous. For instance, WSPs are sometimes written in full and sometimes not.
