Site versus historical organization[edit]

This article should make it clear that WES is currently one of four USACE laboratory sites under ERDC. It should also explain that, prior to ERDC, it was a USACE laboratory organization with several subordinate laboratories, which have become subordinate to ERDC, which itself is headquartered at WES. Fatherree is not a preferred source of information for this article, as it is a WP:Primary source, presumably funded by ERDC and posted on its own website.
