According to Ken Ellis, Wrecks and relics 2006, "the Dingbat still slumbers ..." after its crash on 19 May 1975, at Berkswell, near Coventry.TSRL (talk) 14:56, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I believe it was at the owners property at Walkeridge Farm, Basingstoke it appears to have had a "No Flight" status since 2006 not in the latest W&R. MilborneOne (talk) 15:32, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
So was it at Berkswell before Walkeridge, or is the former a W&R error? On the name, Ord-Hume says there was a makers nameplate in it that said Taylor Watkinson. As for Ding-Bat, he points to the writing on the tail whilst at Heston. But his ff date of 2/8/38 seems to make no sense.TSRL (talk) 16:33, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
GINFO has Taylor Watkinson Aircraft Company as the builder and the original hand-written document says "Ding-Bat", so Taylor Watkinson Ding-Bat does appear to be the original name. The latest owner (who also owned it in the late 1960s) only registered it in 2006. MilborneOne (talk) 17:26, 29 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]
