Size greatly reduced[edit]

Concerning the 01:44, 20 April 2007 edit by Tugbug (me): It seemed inappropriate to me to have such a large and detailed article for a U.S. govt. agency that was proposed, but never created. Also, many of the external links and "see also" links were only slightly relevant (e.g., nuclear weapons, globalization). I think that the weather control article covers most of the relevant topics quite well, and any work that might have gone into this article should really go into that one. Is this for real?[edit]

Seems like a joke. 155.84.57.253 (talk) 19:24, 5 February 2008 (UTC)[reply]

There is more here than meets the eye!!=[edit]

There is a preponderance of information about weather control/weather modification and Environmental Modification (ENMOD) on various credible sites. See www.enmod.info as a good source. Conspiracy theory book: The Nimbus Factor -www.thenimbusfactor.com gives a good historical oversight on ENMOD. Charlieg628 (talk) 13:49, 15 July 2009 (UTC)[reply]
