Extracurricular activity

[edit]

Clubs come and go every year, but I would tend towards commenting out (with < ! -- html syntax) those clubs which may recur in the future instead of wholesale deletion. Clubs with particular notability, even if historic or currently non-existant, should probably remain in the article. Zedla 08:04, 10 November 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Sure, that sounds fine with me- feel free to re-add them in commented out. I don't think any of the clubs I removed were particularly notable (myself being the ones who wrote them in in the first place). They're now nonexistant and I don't believe they're ever going to really make a return, and extracurriculars seem fairly long as it is (honestly, most of the ones listed here aren't exactly notable). Protecting Page

[edit]

The vandalism over the past few days has been getting ridiculous. Can we protect this page from anonymous IPs, or more specifically block the JUHSD IP? -Tejastheory 23:19, 14 February 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Submitted a WP:RFP semi-protection request. Zedla 23:02, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]
RFP got declined, keep on passing out those WP:UWT and asking for WP:AIAV until it flares up bad again... Zedla 23:22, 18 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Notable people

[edit]

What's the consensus on these two entries which are being challenged:

  • Elaine Corral Kendall, despite the lack of an article, there is probably enough per WP:NOTABLE at IMDB and Google News. Reference demonstrates association to the school.
  • Dave Sholin, the Lennon bit is covered over here but I've yet to see anything linking Sholin to the school.

1998 murder

[edit]

What happened on prom night in 1998? Was a girl murdered?

Refs for notable alumni

[edit]

Most of the references used are not reliable/independent. So....why? JSFarman (talk) 01:22, 6 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
