* Standardize Category:American college sports infobox templates to use same font size and spacing.
* Sport in the United Kingdom - the Popularity section is incorrect and unsourced. Reliable data is required.
* Fix project template and/or "to do list" Current version causes tables of content to be hidden unless/until reader chooses "show."
Expand : Professional sports (crucial article explaining the salaried undertaking of sports)
* Sport industry (currently a sub-stub)
Photo : for pages listed in Category:Wikipedia requested images of sports and games and sub-categories.

- Translate the page of sport in each country from corresponding article in other language Wikipedia to English Wikipedia which was marked in red.

Clean sweep[edit]

A clean sweep means winning everything (clean-sweep Collins Dictionary). It is an antonym of whitewash in this context, and like whitewash is a general term that can be used for many sports and games. -- PBS (talk) 20:25, 12 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]

How is it an antonym? Clean sweep is a similar term, usually referring to a team or country winning all of separate competitions in a season (as opposed to winning all games against an opponent in a single competition). —Wiki Wikardo 17:44, 28 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Grand Slam Tour[edit]

A Grand Slam tour is a tour by a southern hemisphere Rugby Union Nation of the Home Nations where the tourist team wins all its games (and may be confined to just the test matches). The term is not usually applied to teams like the British and Irish Lions winning all their matches, when visiting a southern hemisphere nation (which would be a clean sweep). -- PBS (talk) 20:25, 12 August 2015 (UTC)[reply]
