Needs serious work.[edit]

The article on this guy has multiple issues. It reads a lot like a story, lacks any citations, and really needs to be revised to meet Wikipedia's standards. I've been searching for sources that could be used to write a legit article about the late Mr. Wood, but so far the best source I've been able to find is this, and the content here isn't much to go on. While it's true he won the Victoria Cross, I'm unsure if he's notable enough to merit an article. I'm going to keep searching for any reliable information on this guy, but if I can't I'm going to nominate the article for deletion. To anyone with an interest in seeing this article stay on Wikipedia, I would greatly appreciate your help. :) Thanks, waywardhorizons (talk) 19:59, 29 November 2011 (UTC)[reply]
