Merge William A. Bradfield with Bill Bradfield AM[edit]

Yes, these should certainly be merged. I wrote the article "Bill Bradfield AM" yesterday because it was red-linked from the "Bradfield" dsambiguation page, which did not link to this page. In retrospect, I should have done a more thorough search: mea culpa. I have never been involved in a merge; what is the process, who approves it, and who does it? I am willing to do it, to fix my own mess, but don't know how... --Gronk Oz (talk) 01:08, 20 August 2014 (UTC)[reply]

 Done. See Talk:Bill Bradfield AM

World record?[edit]

W.A. Bradfield doesn't have the record for most comets discovered, as Jean-Louis Pons has discovered 27 confirmed comets that are named after hime and six more are unconfirmed (G. Kronk, M. Meyer, Catalog of Unconfrmed Comets - Volume 1 1600-1899, p.64). David H. Levy has also discovered more. C messier (talk) 16:26, 28 August 2023 (UTC)[reply]
