Extra information[edit]

It was just the right length, it had a good tone, and everything else, but here's some other info: culture:

  • Dates of: university of ottawa October 30, 2005, key city june 21, 2006 SunKing2 (talk) 02:07, 5 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]
  • Maybe "was an Algonquin elder and promoter of cultural harmony and respect for earth" or something like that might be a better description in lead. "environmental stewardship" seems a bit vacuous and plus that, I plagiarised from I forget where (one of the refs). Any ideas? SunKing2 (talk) 20:35, 6 August 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Clan/dodem[edit]

  • - There is conflicting information online on what dodem (or clan) William Commanda was. I heard Makwa dodem (Bear clan) yet I seen online articles stating he is Squirrel clan? Any information to clear this up? Anaccuratesource (talk) 05:43, 19 July 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Chaudiere falls[edit]

You posted a story about Alguonquins saying that ashenebe (not sure of the spelling were here for hundreds of years .)Many were here for thousands of years and for sure with astronomical amount of evidence that Ottawa-Hull had a reserve called tsit kanatso . Publish what is fact about the original truth of the region please . They were illegally evicted in 1904 I believe after their village was burnt and as well massacred by the French and Alguonquins.
