Year of birth

The Cyclopedia of New Zealand has his birth year as 1842, whilst Una Platts' book gives that year as 1843. Given that, according to his father's Dictionary of New Zealand Biography entry, his parents married in either late 1840 or early 1841, and his father left for New Zealand in April 1841, he would have been born in 1842, or else William Fitzherbert couldn't be his father.
