Given the time period he served as Chief, I'm assuming Moran is no longer living. I looked but couldn't find a source saying if or when he died, if anyone knows of such a source could they please add it to the article? Thanks. - SudoGhost 17:16, 26 April 2013 (UTC)[reply]
