  • Hook is fewer than 200 characters. Article is new enough. Prose is long enough. File is OK even if it wasn't published. No copyright violations from Wyoming Encyclopedia. Source checks out in the image caption. Hook is interesting and neutral. The first source could use a publisher and an author and who Mary Elizabeth is could use explaining in the text, and the infobox could use an ndash for the year range for when he served in the military but otherwise OK.
