[edit]

I am Professor William Kinsey Hutchinson III, the grandnephew, of William Kinsey Hutchinson (WKH), the family historian, and a master genealogist. WKH's nephews and niece are still alive. I personally knew my Uncle Bill, met J. Edgar Hoover, through him. My father knew Nixon and other predominant people WKH knew. So the information posted in his Wikipedia article are first or second hand knowledge, as well as, cited/documented.

The paragraph Bill was the grandson of Charles William Kinsey (Apr. 7, 1829 - Aug. 22, 1883), a Confederate Army Major who was a good friend of General Stonewall Jackson. is false and not cited.

WKH is the grandson of Alonzo William Kinsey who was born in Newport, Wales and immigrated to and lived his entire life Pennsylvania. [1]

Please remove the reference to Charles William Kinsey. There is no need to add a reference to Alonzo William Kinsey as it is not relevant, in this case, to WKH.

Thank you, Professor William Kinsey Hutchinson III Hutch10 (talk) 16:11, 15 September 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Done. The claim about Charles William Kinsey was not supported by any citations, nor could I find any sources to support it. Thus, I have removed it pursuant to Wikipedia's verifiability policy. I'll note that the claim was added by an editor who was subsequently blocked for "serious BLP violations," which casts further doubt on its veracity.
