This is a biographical stub on a Canadian Engineer from the ninteenth century; he is noteworthy due to his pioneering achievements in the surveying of railroads.

changed tag, you now have 4 or 5 days to fix it up--it particular, adding some 3rd party independent published references, DGG 22:56, 10 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Ok, I've added references and included the major projects on which McNab worked. I'm not sure why this entry would be deleted, because I've written stubs for several other Canadian Engineers of the 19thC (all of whom will be published in the forthcoming "Dictionary of Canadian Engineers" Rodney Millard, Ed., 2009... Including William McNab). See: Charles Keefer, Thomas Keefer, Brian McConnell. Dannyfigaro 20:14, 11 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

So.. this page needs to be cleaned up? I'm not sure exactly what else you think it needs. This is the exact wording which has been entered into the forthcoming "Dictionary of Canadian Engineers" (2009). If it's good enough for the editors of that publication, it should be good enough for Wikipedia. Dannyfigaro 20:54, 24 April 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Plagiarism?

The uploader said "This is the exact wording which has been entered into the forthcoming "Dictionary of Canadian Engineers" (2009)". It still contains sentences identical to the present version of the online source referred to [1], which are credited to David Hambly and not Danny Figaro. The same can be said of the page Charles Keefer uploaded by this user which appear to be the work of Hambly. Chemical Engineer (talk) 17:48, 19 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
