After several attempts the footnotes have now been updated.

Edited to remove a mention of "D'Aeth" as an alternative spelling of William Death's name. The affectation "D'Aeth" was only adopted by the Death family long after the death of William Death. IainWallace (talk) 23:54, 13 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]
