Same lifespan as Walter Warren

This came up on d:Wikidata:Database reports/identical birth and death dates/1. It could be an error, a mere coincidence, or the same person. Jura1 (talk) 15:22, 28 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks for spotting this. They are two different people. Further investigation found that Walter's dates have been confused with William's. Looking at the cricket sources, there are no known DOB/DOD for William, so I've redirected his biography. Thanks again. Lugnuts ^{Fire Walk with Me} 15:39, 28 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]

It's hard to find anything definite about William Warne. He seems to have been born around 1890 and to have worked in Wellington as a driver. Sammyrice (talk) 01:00, 29 February 2024 (UTC)[reply]

He seems to have been born in April 1890 as William Francis Santi. His mother, Nellie, then married John/Giovanni Santi, then married twice more in the 1890s, her third husband being Edward Thomas Warne. Sammyrice (talk) 03:27, 3 March 2024 (UTC)[reply]
