Correct spelling of name

[edit]

In response to someone who sent an email suggesting that her name was incorrectly spelled, I requested confirmation from her, through a third party, on the correct spelling of her name. I am informed that, in spite of appearing variously, the correct spelling is "Winifred" (with only 1 n) although her nickname "Winnie" uses two n's. This is now consistent. New article on Winnie published Chestnut Hill Local

[edit]

From the Chestnut Hill Local https://www.chestnuthilllocal.com/2019/12/04/mt-airy-scientist-to-speak-at-sch-on-conservation-crisis/ Some good quotes: "It’s a struggle to hold on to optimism, but it’s crucial" "What I know for certain is that the natural world needs protection and action, including but going well beyond climate change" One the issue of climate change: "It is real. It is tremendously damaging to everything and to people in all walks of life and all economic levels."
