Winston and racism[edit]

Winston is usually left out of video games featuring the Ghostbusters. Many people believe this is because he is african-american. I put this fact in the part of the article which reflected his role in video games, but it was tagged for needed citation. When I added one from a video game reviewer who commented on it, this sorce and the comment was removed with no reason. I feel it's important to to note this, as it is a possible reason as to why he is left out of video game properties, since no offical reason has been given. The article has two other theorys on it, One being that he is left out because he was not a Ghostbuster at the start of the fictional business, the other being he is left out because of graphical limitations of older videogame systems. Niether of these have sorces, yet remain on the article. Why is it less beleivable he could be left out because of racism, especilly considering it has been commented on and was cited? Maybe there should be some mention in the article that a likely reason for his inclusion was cause he is black and to make the Ghostbusters more racially balanced. 61.213.76.87 (talk) 10:00, 4 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]

Doctor?[edit]

This page identifies Winston as a doctor and an egyptologist, but in the movies, he was just an everyman answering a want-ad. This write-up even says he doesn't have a doctorate. So where did that information come from?Nolefan32 (talk) 23:11, 9 November 2020 (UTC)[reply]
