Justification for 'importance'
[edit]I am an experienced Wikipedian, but have never spent much time on assessments (quality, importance). So as I am about to do a large number of manual changes, I am going to paste this justification in each one.
I am going through all the executive department articles and assessing them all as 'mid' importance, because I believe they clearly fall into the criteria: "The article covers a topic that has a strong but not vital role in the study of Wisconsin." It is a good idea to know what the Wisconsin DNR is, for example (because it may make national news, or might be the point of contact for a scientists biology research, etc), but not "vital." I agree with you. Thanks for helping with the back log! Dolotta (talk) 15:11, 30 July 2016 (UTC)
