Hmm - I am not advertising this as I have no connection with the festival and have never had any contact with its organisers. I cannot see that I have used any hyperbole or exaggeratedly positive language that could warrant the "peacock" epithet. It has none of the listed words on the "peacock" page or anything remotely similar. Indeed there is no positve language - i.e. this article does not even suggest that it is a good or enjoyable festival - merely that it is a music festival (incontrovertable), that it has attracted performers who are considered worthy of Wikipedia pages (I presume not all those listed with pages are deemed un-notable), and that it has happened (as referenced in the press coverage and by numerous independent witnesses). I am unsure what would count as an adequate reference - I am not aware that the site is refenced in any formal literature - it has been mentioned in the music press and The Guardian - indicating its notability - but this was in positive tones, rather than in the neutral tones I have used. I have put in some links now to some such coverage. However, it is a real event as I have described it (I have attended as a paying customer), and as is described on the "Truck" website (though naturally that site has a promotional element as Truck sells tickets for the event). Therefore I believe it does constitute an encyclopaedic article as required by the conventions of Wikipedia. If the author of those comments has any suggestions as to what should be used as a reference, or specific suggestions on what terminology is "peacockish" I'd be happy to consider these.

I would note that it has been the subject of multiple non-trivial published works (i.e. news articles) whose source is independent from the festival itself. I have rechecked the text to confirm everything is neutral and entirely fact-based:
