Program Renamed to Job Services Australia

[edit]

Request for move template removed. twilsonb (talk) 09:58, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Job NetworkJob Services Australia

The article should then be cleaned up and have all references to Job Network changed to Job Services Australia. (This should be performed across Wikipedia, particularly at the Centrelink and DEEWR pages.) twilsonb (talk) 09:56, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

As this is not a controversial move, I'll do it myself. twilsonb (talk) 09:57, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

This program has been renamed (again) to jobactive as of 2015. This page should be renamed and edited to show this change, as well as edited for content as some details of jobactive are different to Job Services Australia. Alternatively a new page could be created (it might be handy to keep this page as a historical reference?) I am a new editor, forgive me if this is the wrong way to approach this problem. I am capable and happy to effect the necessary edits. CJH17000 (talk) 22:42, 16 March 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Split page into jobactive and Workforce Australia

[edit]

Considering Workforce Australia significantly changes how jobactive works ("Job Search Effort" to "Points Based Activation", digital first approach, etc), and that previous Employment Service Providers have to both reapply to the program and fulfill a different role, I think there is an argument to make Workforce Australia an entirely new article. I just want to gauge the consensus on the matter before creating the article and possibly being hit by a merge request. EmilyIsTrans (talk) 13:56, 30 June 2022 (UTC)[reply]
