Timeline[edit]

If the Corps was formed in 1917 how could it, as XX Corps, have fought at the Somme in 1916 (as stated in the final sentence)? Todowd (talk) 23:34, 9 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I have removed the reference to the Somme fro the article. The XX Corps at the Somme was the XX Corps of the French 6th Army, not British XX Corps. Farawayman (talk) 08:23, 10 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]
