Spam links in references

Especially check the revisions from 698009890 (12:06, 3 January 2016‎) to now. Compare with http://yacy.net/en/Applications.html and http://yacy.net/en/, check for copyright violations. Looks like “Himanshu Sekhar Nayak” and “Mfmsajidh” (maybe others) are evil bots. I deleted all such spam references with revisions [1] and [2]. I ensured everything was spam. I used archive.org to verify an unreachable spam page. Medende (talk) 20:55, 8 March 2016 (UTC)

Revert deletion of project status in lead section

I undid revision 723086076 by 143.159.115.13 as it deleted a major lead section explaining the current non-functional status of YaCy's ranking code, which I think is of paramount importance in relation to a search engine and hence should stay in the lead section. Dark themed images of all YaCy user interface pages

Please do the following step by step for this task:

Download "yacy_latest.zip" from "https://release.yacy.net/"

Right click on the downloaded file and extract it to the "yacy_latest" folder with 7-Zip

Copy the folder named "yacy" in the created folder and paste it into the Local Disk (C:) => Users => Account folder

Open the startYACY.bat (Windows Batch File) file in the last located "yacy" folder

Click the Administration button at the top right of the web page of the http://localhost:8090/index.html link that opens in your browser

On the network page of the last opened network connection, click on the "Portal Design" button in the "Search Portal Integration" section at the bottom left of the screen

On the network page of the last opened network connection, select "dark" in the "Available Skins" variable of the "Skin Selection" section of the "Appearance and Integration" page and click the "Use" button

"Select one of the default skins. After selection it might be required to reload the web page while holding the shift key to refresh cached style files." Click on all the buttons on the left of the screen one by one and do it once on each of those buttons' web pages

Go to the network connection "http://localhost:8090/ConfigSearchPage_p.html" and check the "Images", "Audio", "Video", "Applications" and "more options" checkboxes on the network page of this network connection so that they are checked and scroll down to the bottom of the page and click the "Save settings" button

Hide your browser's "Bookmarks toolbar"

Hide the "Windows Taskbar"
