Agreed. It's an invention, appropriating most of the historic/registered Stadium-Seminary neighborhood, and the fictitious place name has now been picked up by Google maps. The "Stadium District, Tacoma, Washington" entry in Wikipedia can be cited as evidence, as can real-estate and historical society documentation.
