On request motivation for assessing this article as stub.

  • More useful links for readers who have no knowldge of the Japanese period should be provided.
    • The article addresses only the history of the temple. Some information on how it looked like; why these temples where built like fortresses would make it much more meaningful
    • The article as stand alone is not very informative for someone who does not know anything about Budhist temples or the Japanese history of the time. Some more context should be given.
    • Also, as it is about a building, some attention should be paid to the architecture of the temple (or if it is a standard design, it should be referred to a place where the reader can find architure information.
  • The article would benefit from a useful picture or graphic (for example a print or drawing from the temple, anarchaelogical survey, or even a sketch of a map)
  • There is currently only one subheading, "history", there some context information sections should be at least sketched (e.g. "background" - why where these temples built in that time
  • Also try to find more sources than only one, and try to provide inline references

I hope these comments help developing the article. Arnoutf 14:48, 16 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Thank you very much Arnoutf. I will see what I can do to rectify some of these issues. LordAmeth 22:11, 16 August 2007 (UTC)[reply]
