"Narrow gauge" is not an exact track gauge. I would suspect it's 1000 mm like the rest of the Burmese railways, but without a source I won't change it now.--CodeGeneratR (talk) 15:52, 15 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Station list not match

[edit]

Some stations listed on the list of major stations do not match the route map found inside the tourist office in Yangon Railway Station. And the number of ticket sold daily is reported as 150,000 by The Irrawaddy. This figure is questionable as there are only 6 clockwise departures and 5 anti-clockwise departure per day. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Islandsouthwilson (talkcontribs) 16:42, 1 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Yes, the Irrawaddy number seems to be way off on the high side. The Bi-Weekly Eleven journal reports only an average of 100,000 riders on 20 runs daily. Hybernator (talk) 03:53, 5 January 2011 (UTC)[reply]
