BVT99, no one was "raising allegations", we just want as full a citation as possible, so anyone can verify the statements made, as one should be able to do for every Wikipedia article. DES (talk) 14:53, 16 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]
BVT99 are you going to take care of the citation section? Jasphetamine (talk) 07:04, 8 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Trying to get this to fit MOS[edit]

I'm working on wrangling this article into a writing style closer to MOS. I welcome any input, this is going to be challenging. Jasphetamine (talk) 15:22, 10 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

  • Similar questions could be asked about most of the other sources cited.

In short each citation to a printed source should, if possible, list the title, the author, the page or pages being cited, the publication date, and the publisher. If an ISBN is available, that should also be included. (This will normally be available on books published by major western publishers since about 1975, and more recently on most commercially published books anywhere in the world.) If one source is quoted in another, give all this information or as much of it as is available, for both quoted and quoting source, please. DES (talk) 22:24, 10 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Thanks, I wasn't sure how to approach the sources cited for this article. I was thinking "I feel like these sources... should need sources..." which was scary.Jasphetamine (talk) 00:30, 11 October 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Christian or Catholic?[edit]

I see both Christian and Catholic used in this article so far. Is that an intention distinction? If it isn't, and they are Roman Catholic, then we should avoid "Christian" since it is less descriptive/accurate.

Another question: In the way we would write "He was the Pope" would someone write "He was the Metropolitan" ? If the various titles these people held were treated as proper nouns it would make things read much more clearly. Other words that come to mind are "archdeaoon" and "patriarch" Jasphetamine (talk) 07:02, 8 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
