Page templates[edit]

This article was originally given templates for being confusing, not citing sources or being notable enough for inclusion.

A lot has been done to address these problems since the templates were added. The article is now well referenced by a number of reliable third-party sources. I have also re-worded sentences that could have previously caused any confusion. Removing templates now.... Editor5807speak 13:57, 16 June 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Copyright problem removed[edit]

Prior content in this article duplicated one or more previously published sources. Copied or closely paraphrased material has been rewritten or removed and must not be restored, unless it is duly released under a compatible license. (For more information, please see "using copyrighted works from others" if you are not the copyright holder of this material, or "donating copyrighted materials" if you are.) For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or published material; such additions will be deleted. Contributors may use copyrighted publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences or phrases. Accordingly, the material may be rewritten, but only if it does not infringe on the copyright of the original or plagiarize from that source. Please see our guideline on non-free text for how to properly implement limited quotations of copyrighted text. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously, and persistent violators will be blocked from editing. While we appreciate contributions, we must require all contributors to understand and comply with these policies. Thank you. Dana boomer (talk) 16:40, 13 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]

What a complete load of Bullcrap. The entire site of wikipedia has been almost created from copy/paste!!
Making these words sound like sheer hypocrisy. "For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or published material; such additions will be deleted. Contributors may use copyrighted publications as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences or phrases. Accordingly, the material may be rewritten, but only if it does not infringe on the copyright of the original or plagiarize from that source." Utter pap better start deleting then most of the 4.4m articles this English version now has!!! Pathetic. 81.129.203.246 (talk) 16:21, 18 January 2014 (UTC)[reply]
