Integration between Israelis and overseas boys

[edit]

The claim that having the two sets of boys integrated as much as possible is "unusual among Israeli yeshivot enrolling foreign students" is simply not true - all yeshivot with significant numbers of both make a point of it. This includes, Gush, Hakotel, Shalavim and many others. I don't dispute the fact of the situation, rather its description as unusual. It being perfectly common, I see no reason it need be mentioned here. Hence I have removed it. Fish. (talk) 08:44, 11 April 2010 (UTC)[reply]

"Controversy" section

[edit]

This section makes me uncomfortable. Everything there is cited properly, so I won't remove it, but in the end it was just a misunderstanding (I hope) and I don't want any reputations to be tarnished more than 10 years after Rabin was tragically murdered by someone who acted most definitely against the wishes of these rabbis. Notable Alumni

[edit]

I see Rabbi Dovid Willig ("RaDU") is listed as an alumnus on the staff of RIETS. But he's not currently on RIETS staff; I believe he teaches in DRS. In fact, a search for RaDU on the RIETS Website finds nothing. I am therefore removing him from the RIETS list to the miscellaneous list. McKorn (talk) 14:59, 1 January 2009 (UTC)[reply]
