Ying Yang
[edit]These two black folks are aware that it's Yin/Yang, and not Ying/Yang?
They probably did it on purpose.
I don't think that the color of their skin is relevant. but i doubt they know or care that it's yin yang. they don't appear to be very bright.
Interesting. Whether they "appear to be "bright" or not to you, that kind of "personal-attack-type comment seems more suited to gossip pages, not this forum. And for the record, Sylvester Stallone never came across as genius material either, butI don't see those type of comments left on his page... —Preceding unsigned comment added by 76.90.6.92 (talk) 22:43, 29 September 2010 (UTC)
I'll bet anything they became aware of it after the fact, but when they originally came up with the name, they had no clue. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 204.115.253.51 (talk) 12:16, 4 September 2008 (UTC)
Uuuum why didnt anybody put any info in here about the condition of their hands??? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 169.139.217.60 (talk) 22:15, 15 February 2010 (UTC)
What about their hands??? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 74.114.83.99 (talk) 20:50, 7 November 2011 (UTC)
Evidently D-Roc was born with stubs instead of fingers on his left hand and Kaine limps from a mild form of cerebral palsy. I came here to see if they played any musical instruments but it doesn't even say they are singers! Zipzip50 (talk) 06:09, 24 February 2015 (UTC)

HAAAAAAAAAHN
[edit]I think something about how they always yell HAAAAAAAAHN would be appropriate for this page. I'd add it but I don't know why they do it. --Glaze 19:00, 17 July 2006 (UTC)
"Haaaaahn"
[edit]It's spelt "Hanh!" after all they have a song of the same name.
- Yeah i've never been good at spelling.--216.64.2.106 21:32, 11 September 2006 (UTC)
Dave Chapelle's Parody
[edit]I think it might be good to mention the jokes made by Dave Chapelle at the Ying Yang twins. The scetch involved a replay of the MTV "cribs" shows with Chapelle's "black pixie", who as a stereotypical, and over-the-top, black character (similiar in appearance to Al Johlson's mockery in THE JAZZ SINGER), pops up in the side of the screen and says, "Man, even I'm ashamed of these guys"...as one the Ying Yand Twins yells out their "Hanh" lines.
I think this was EXTREMELY important as the sarcastic parody criticizes a critical part of the Ying Yang Twins talent and reputation: that they play stereotypical, unintelligent characters as real people in order to be successful. Much like early black actors in Hollywood. It's an important criticism, delivered very intelligently, to mock the ridiculous and stereotypical image the Ying Yang Twins present. [1]
Albums
[edit]It says four but there's 5 listed. Thug Walking, USA, Alley, Me and My Brother, Chemically Imbalanced and different versions of M&MB and USA.74.195.3.11 18:30, 28 November 2006 (UTC)

Ying Yang Twins/Faith No More
[edit]one of "faith no mores" most popular tracks (i don't know which but gets played on radio alot) sounds similar to "collar green" by the ying yang twins. has anyone else noticed this?
secondly, who is t-rock referring to as "mother****in' wonderboy" and "***** **** boy with no vision" from two of their tracks off of their album (i think),"chemically imbalanced"? —Preceding unsigned comment added by 122.59.182.78 (talk) 01:03, 29 November 2010 (UTC)
The track I was trying to refer to is 'Last Cup Of Sorrow' by Faith No More. Why the similarity? -- 60.234.214.63 (talk) 08:44, 2 May 2012 (UTC)
Okay I think the Ying Yang Twins need to come out publicly by saying yes 'Collard Green' or 'Collar Green' (sorry not sure which) was inspired by 'Last Cup Of Sorrow' by Mike Patton and the rest of Faith No More. Until they do, it does remain subjective, and hopefully one day the duo can shed some light on that speculation in an interview, if not already.
I will also try and take ownership or moderation privledges of this article too I think starting today or at least continue to come back and try and upkeep this article voluntary as, unbelievably, there doesn't appear to be much interest in doing so. I am open to any help from any willing volunteers but of course you will have to let me know.
