Page 222 of Dictionary of the Modern Politics of JapanBy Prof J A A Stockwin says he was "born in the same town in Yamaguchi as Nosaka Sanzo" but Page 278 of Historical Dictionary of Postwar Japan By William D. Hoover says he was born in Fukuoka Prefecture.(Greg723 (talk) 21:09, 29 October 2014 (UTC)).[reply]
