Details

[edit]
Lead
  • Remove "the" from "a song by the English recording artist Sophie Ellis-Bextor"
    • Not done, this article is written in British English, which uses the definite article to describe people.
Compostion
  • "British musician"..... let's be more specific here, he's an English musician
    • Done
  • "A piano ballad styled in chamber pop, it contains instrumentation from a viola, a violin, muffled drums, a cello, and a double bass" →

"Musically, it is a chamber pop piano ballad with a viola, a violin, muffled drums, a cello, and a double bass".

    • Done except for "Musically". Try it the other way around: how could it lyrically be a chamber pop piano ballad with instruments? It's implied by the sense of the sentence.
Release and reception
  • "The song only charted in the United Kingdom"..... how are we supposed to know this yet if scheduled for a November 2014 release? Either there's a typo in the infobox, or something needs to be done in this section.
    • Fixed typo in the infobox
Promotion
  • "mimicking the song's lyrics"..... lip-synching the lyrics
    • Done
  • Some more detail on video content would be nice as well as more critic's thoughts
    • Honestly, that's all that happens in the video, and no further critics except from the non-RS Daily Mail and Daily Record reviewed it.
References
  • Some references have publishers and others don't. For consistency sake, either include all or none.
  • Not done. As I've told you already, periodicals don't require publishers, their reliability is based on editorial content rather than publishing. Another rule is that publishers with similar names to their sites don't need to be included (musicOMH is published by OMH, so we don't add that). Other websites just don't give that information or aren't published. I won't nominate this for an FAC so I don't really think I need to do this (I am planning on making a GT for Wanderlust so if all users want "consistency" despite Wiki guidelines, I'll do it.
  • link The Guardian in ref#3
    • Done
  • per MOS:QUOTEMARKS, ″ should be " in ref#22
    • Done
