What weirds me out is that even though there are few sources that directly link the mentioned people (except the 705 guy) to the torpedo, the fields-of-work of many of all these guys check out: 丁文江 really has an award for the alloy on use for a [redacted-something] torpedo, and 贺昱曜 has indeed published in journals that concern torpedos and electric motors. Either someone involved got his head heated and decided to praise the work of some Chinese dual-use scientists on Wikipedia, or there's a puff piece in Chinese that got lost with bit rot. --Artoria 2e5 🌉 06:46, 20 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
