I noticed that the commercially released FTP client software I use was not included on the list of FTP clients, so I thought I'd add it. Other similar products were included on the list and have basic pages on Wikipedia. —Preceding unsigned comment added by Vjbarrie (talkcontribs) 04:57, 14 September 2009

I have removed the speedy deletion tag and the hangon tag. It was tagged as an A7, since this is a software product that criteria does not apply. There is still a question of notability, will tag with maintenance tags so you can add to the article. If the article does not improve there is still the possibility it will be deleted under other rules. -- A new name 2008 (talk) 14:34, 14 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

I added additional third party references to conform (somewhat) to notability guidelines. Unless someone has other suggestions, I'll remove the notability and citations warnings. vjbarrie (talk) 04:42, 15 September 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Developer has died

[edit]

Note: As of October 2018 it seems Yummy FTP may be out of business? http://www.yummysoftware.com/ is not responding. Note 2: There's a post on Yummy Software's Facebook page https://www.facebook.com/YummySoftware/ that reads, "Hi Unfortunately the developer has died. I’m his wife and we are having trouble accessing the bank account. Hope to have this resolved soon. Any spam is not coming from us.
