Content improved with citations added. Yvonne Lui is keen on philanthropic work in Hong Kong, China and worldwide. I agree with you, but wiki seems to allow such people to have their pages, see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Priscilla Chan (philanthropist). Lui and Lau aren't as rich and don't seem to have ever married, but otherwise the situations are similar. You can create an AFD however and see what the WP community says.
