Comparing to the promoted version, most but not all of the uncited text is due to someone splitting paragraphs with a single source into multiple paragraphs but not carrying the citation around. Hog Farm _Talk 19:33, 22 January 2024 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed the statement about the portrait as unsourced and trivial; the bit about his son shouldn't be hard to find a citation for. I'm a little more concerned about the fact that we're citing most of the article to an edited edition of some memoirs with no page numbers provided.
