Extended version of self-titled

I've always considered this album to be an extended-bonus-edition type album because it's essentially the English version of her self-titled album (also released in 1984) with the original French versions as bonus tracks. I listed below the track listing of her self-titled record with the corresponding English track that appears on this record (though it's probably unnecessary for me to do this). Is there anyone who perhaps knows more about Lizzy that can clear up whether this is the case? :s

This probably isn't a good source (though I think it's equally as reliable as Discogs) however, rateyourmusic.com lists the self-titled one as a studio album and Zulu Rock as a 2006 compilation. (I should also add that ZE reissued a lot of their catalog from the late 1970s/1980s in the 2000's with a bunch of added tracks (e.g. Contortion's Buy, Aural Exciters' Spooks in Space etc.) and this record is probably one of those.)
