Usage

This is a template to enable ongoing and consistent linking to incident reports produced by the Australian Transport Safety Bureau. It only works for reports up to 2007. {{ATSBLink | type = | year = | occno = | title = | accessdate = 2024-06-27 }}

Ideally, this template is used in between reference tags (eg. <ref>{{ATSBLink | type = | year = | occno = | title = | accessdate = 2024-06-27}}</ref>)

Example usage

Template fields

Field Name	Required	Description	Values
type	yes	type of accident	R = Rail A = Air (prior to 2010, depreciated) AO = Air (2010 onwards) M = Maritime
year	yes	year of occurrence	A year expressed numerically as four digits (eg. 2004)
occno	yes	occurrence number	The numerical occurrence number of the published report (eg. 233, 20070403). If the reference number includes any separators such as backslashes or dashes, these should always be removed.
title	no	investigation title	Free text (eg. Oxy-acetylene system fire on board Searoad Mersey)
accessdate	no	Access Date	Full date when item was accessed, in ISO 8601 YYYY-MM-DD format, for example accessdate = 2007-06-09. Must not be wikilinked, as this is done automatically.
