Template:All Ireland by county category navigation/doc

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

A category navigation template, designed to be used on by-county categories for any of the 32 "traditional" Counties of Ireland, plus the new counties created by the 1992 subdivision of County Dublin: Category:Dún Laoghaire–Rathdown, Category:Fingal, Category:South Dublin (county).

It creates a navbox with links to identically-named categories for other counties.

So, on Category:History of County Kilkenny, it creates links to Category:History of County Antrim, Category:History of County Armagh etc.

Non-existent categories are not linked. Instead, they are listed in grey.

Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland are grouped separately. When the template is used on a category for a county in Northern Ireland, the Northern Ireland counties are listed first. When used on a category for a county in the Republic, the Republic is displayed first.
