  2. ^ Veracruz were docked 6 points, at the request of FIFA, over a failure to pay training compensation fees to Uruguayan club Montevideo Wanderers for Matías Santos.[1]
  3. ^ Relegated teams were ineligible for the Liguilla, regardless of their place in the table.
