| Field name | Type | Description | Values |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1 | required. | A single year to indicate the copyright year. If omitted, an error message will display. | plain text |
| 2 | required | To indicate the owner of the image. If omitted, an error message will display. | plain text |
| Imprint | optional | To indicate if part of Vertigo, Helix, WildStrorm, Piranha Press, or Paradox Press. Set to |Imprint=1 for Vertigo, |Imprint=2 for Helix, |Imprint=3 for WildStorm, |Imprint=4 for Piranha, and |Imprint=5 for Paradox. Defaults to DC Comics otherwise.
