151 North Franklin
[edit]- ... that in June 2018 151 North Franklin became the new corporate headquarters for CNA Insurance, which had been headquartered at CNA Center since 1972 and has been headquartered in the Chicago Loop since 1900?

- Comment I would prefer to see the {{citation needed}} resolved before being approved. Proper linking to the article in CNA Financial as I already did with CNA Center. I want them to relate. A better, shorter ALT1:... that in June 2018 151 North Franklin became the new corporate headquarters for CNA Insurance, which had been headquartered at CNA Center since 1972? FunksBrother (talk) 19:06, 28 December 2018 (UTC)
- I could actually use some advice on the name CNA Center. The former CNA home is going to soon have a Northern Trust name on it and the new home will bear the CNA Center name. I am not sure when these changes will become effective and how I should handle it.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 04:58, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
- Wait for a formal announcement (such as a press release or news article published) on the name change for the former building. FunksBrother (talk) 19:08, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
- Reviewing Template:Did you know nominations/Jude the Obscure (serial) 1st of 2 QPQs.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 05:04, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
- On the QPQ, TonyTheTiger, things will become messy if you only plan to review one of the articles in a double nomination. In any event, it would be normal to do the QPQ before claiming it here. Moonraker (talk) 23:19, 3 January 2019 (UTC)
- Moonraker, One of two? where does this even come from?-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 19:00, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- TonyTheTiger, I am thinking you may be seriously ill. If you aren’t now in a position to do that QPQ, do you mind if I delete the start you made on it, so that someone else can do it? Moonraker (talk) 15:12, 6 January 2019 (UTC)
- Moonraker, Not ill. Just semi-active and slow to complete task list.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 19:00, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- I'm waiting to finish the review on this article. I addressed two issues above. I'll do a write up on the CNA Financial that they moved to a new building in Chicago. It'll be one now with the {{citation needed}} needing attention. FunksBrother (talk) 17:17, 6 January 2019 (UTC)
- FunksBrother, What are you saying you addressed?-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 20:45, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- TonyTheTiger there's a {{citation needed}} in the history section of the article. Also, can we agree on the hook? I don't agree with the wording of the hook. I drafted an alternative hook. FunksBrother (talk) 22:35, 7 January 2019 (UTC)
- The Citation needed is not there anymore, but I am unsure how to address (source) when the names will change.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 18:30, 11 January 2019 (UTC)
- Right now, you shouldn't focus on that. The article meets all expectations now: new, long enough, and meets policy. We need to agree with the hook and hook's citation. I suggested a hook to make it less wordy.FunksBrother (talk) 04:36, 12 January 2019 (UTC)

- Honestly, I don't like ALT1. If I were to chop up the original, I would go with ALT2 ... that in June 2018 151 North Franklin became the new corporate headquarters for CNA Insurance, which has been headquartered in the Chicago Loop since 1900?-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 19:50, 16 January 2019 (UTC)
- I prefer ALT2 to ALT1 because this is probably the most significant company that has had its headquarters in the Chicago Loop continuously since 1900. There are lots of companies that have had their headquarters in one tall building or another since 1972.-TonyTheTiger (T / C / WP:FOUR / WP:CHICAGO / WP:WAWARD) 19:50, 16 January 2019 (UTC)
- ALT2 is good then. I'll make sure to reword a sentence in the body. FunksBrother (talk) 22:59, 16 January 2019 (UTC)
