1972 invasion of Uganda
- ... that the 1972 invasion of Uganda was "one of those rare events in military history. A perfect failure"? Source: "'One of those rare events in military history,' concluded Ugandan historian Samwiri Karugire. 'A perfect failure.'" (Rice, Andrew (1 April 2003). "The Great Rift" (PDF). Institute of Current World Affairs Letters. AR (9), p. 11)

- The phrasing of the hook should probably be something like "has been described as", rather than the more emphatic "was". Otherwise meets all the criteria. Anaxial (talk) 12:52, 3 May 2021 (UTC)
- @Anaxial: How about "... that the 1972 invasion of Uganda was described by a historian as "one of those rare events in military history. A perfect failure"?" Applodion (talk) 15:36, 3 May 2021 (UTC)
- Sounds good to me. Anaxial (talk) 16:26, 3 May 2021 (UTC)
