2007 Monte Carlo Rally
[edit]- ... the 2007 Monte Carlo Rally was based in Valence, Drôme, and it only visited Monte Carlo for the final Special Stage of the event, a 2.8km run around the Circuit de Monaco?

- Almost good to go, but the "only visited Monte Carlo for the final Special Stage of the event" needs a clearer source. The article as a whole makes this clear, but DYK rules suggest that it must be sourced as it stands. Tod do this I suggest altering the "The final stage of the rally was held on Sunday morning.. not interfere with each other.[60]" section. The article, if I might say, ends up a little repetitive on this point between the background and that section, but that's of little concern at DYK (article is new). Also suggest linking "Special Stage". Offline hook for the first part accepted in good faith. Also have you reviewed another article for DYK, per QPQ guidelines? - I moved refs 3 and 7 to the end of the sentence and removed the repetitive bits from the background. An online ref is at [1] and [2]. No, I didn't review another. It's been literally years since my last DYK nom and I hadn't realized it was now mandatory to do so. Matthewedwards : Chat 18:20, 28 April 2012 (UTC)
- Good to go, as I understand it you get a bit of leeway to review after, although it is now 1-for-1. Grandiose (me, talk, contribs) 19:01, 28 April 2012 (UTC)
