Aalto Center[edit]
... that the plans for Seinäjoki City Theater, part of Aalto Center (pictured), were presented in 1969 but the building was constructed nearly two decades later in 1987?

New enough, long enough, adequately referenced. Most sources are in Finnish, but no close paraphrasing seen in English-language source or in sources run through Google Translate. ALT1 is hooky; hook refs verified and AGF and cited inline. Image is freely licensed. QPQ done. The only issue is the lack of citations in the list under Buildings. I added one of your current cites to the first item in the list, but that cite doesn't mention the construction date of 1960. Do you have one source (or more) that mentions that there are six buildings in the center, their names and dates of construction, which could be added after the colon in the first sentence?
